About Us
Ellena and Paul graduated from King's College Hospital, London in 1988 and have worked in a variety of settings both in the NHS and private practice developing their knowledge and skills. They strive to keep up to date with research based best practice.

Having progressed to senior clinical level in the NHS, Ellena has specialised in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions since 1996 from their practice at Cattle Arch Cottage near Dereham.

Paul Fox
Paul joined Ellena in the practice in April 2013, after 25 years of working for the NHS; the last 15 years at advanced practitioner level. He is an Orthopaedic Medicine Fellow and Injection Therapist and has taught and examined across the UK.
